Shipping
We use Royal Mail or UPS Age verification shipping which is trackable, insured, and requires a signature.
Please note that in the UK, Royal Mail are unable to deliver our knives without a signature, but that
they will be available to collect for 3 weeks from your nearest Royal Mail sorting office if you’re not in.
We use UPS signed & tacked for all non-UK deliveries.
Returns
When you purchase a Hull Knives & Tools knife you have a 14-day to return period .
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
